Why was "Mermain Man & Barnacle Boy II" originally called "25 Words or Less"?

Sometimes I forget about how Nick used to list every episode on their site. Here are some other alt names for episodes (I'm sure people already know these, but whatever)

Lemons out of Lemonade (The Paper, another name that makes no sense)
The Bus (Rock Bottom)
Walking Tall (Walking Small)
April Fools (Fools in April)
The Spatula and the Stove (Neptune's Spatula)

Yeah, the new titles are better.

If I recall, wasn't there an essay in the beginning of the episode? I'm gonna assume it's either an alternate name or the current title was decided on later.

Actually, that alternate title for The Paper has to do with the idiom "making lemons out of lemonade", meaning to make something good out of a bad (or in this case, useless) situation. If you remember the episode, SpongeBob uses the "lemonade" (the paper) to make "lemons" (he has fun with the paper).

There was an essay in this episode? I have the episode on DVD and I don't see anything about an essay. SpongeBob wins the conch shell by making life-sized Krabby Patty mannequins of MM & BB.
