Greasy Spoon, huge part of why WTTCB is still my favorite episode as it gives a moment amidst the comedic chaos to reflect how strong Krabs and SpongeBob's worker/employee bond is, and it's something I'd love for them to touch upon more as Father Figure Good Guy Eugene been lacking lately.
 
A Stove is a Stove (Without You). It's just a perfect moment of pathos amidst the zany shenanigans of the show. Ripped Pants is very good too, although the song doesn't move me the same way.
