Hello there, Bottom-feeders!
I have finally finished ranking every episode in Season 3.
This list can get pretty controversial, but everyone would most likely have a different list.
It's best to just follow my gut when it comes to choosing between two great episodes.
So, here we go!
Oh, and all opinions are accepted.

37-The Great Snail Race
This episode is actually quite underrated, and for good reason. The optimistic, lovable yellow sponge that we all knew back in 2003 was replaced, for almost 11 minutes, by a competitive, cruel yellow cube who didn't have compassion on his poor pet snail. SpongeBob is completely out of character. Squidward was fine, and Patrick's performance was actually really good. Gary..where do I start? Remember how we hate about 95% of all Squidward torture episodes? This is pretty much a Gary torture episode. It isn't so horrible that we should completely shun it. It does provide a few laughs in the episode, including the "Tortellini," "Rocky," and the ending. But it never does save this episode from ending up at the bottom of the mountain that is Season 3.

36-The Sponge Who Could Fly
It's not a great special. Season 3 actually has it bad when it comes to specials. It could have been better. That's all I have to say.

The Great Snail Race: I quite enjoyed this episode a lot.

The Sponge Who Could Fly: Very underrated.

I think there's like 2 episodes in S3 I dislike.

35-Pranks A Lot

Quite underrated. It's fine to me. I disliked the ending, but the rest of the episode was good. I don't hate the episode. It's just that in Season 3, a fine episode is a horrible one. It has so many better episodes surrounding it that it makes this one look bad. But it's not. Krabs was fine (Until the end), Sponge was okay, Patrick was good. This episode provided some laughs to go around. But when you're in Season 3, being fine means being near the bottom of the heap. My apologies to Sandals and his toast.

34-Ugh (SpongeBob B.C.)
A "meh" special, really. You can't really understand what Squog, Patar, and SpongeGar are saying. The Patchy segments are stale. It really should have been written better for a Season 3 episode. The "discover fire" premise is okay. The episode itself is just okay. It's really nothing special (pun intended.)

33-Party Pooper Pants
This is a controversial pick. Most of you Guys would put this special higher on the list, and I can see why. It has some good jokes in the, the Patchy segments aren't has horrible as they usually are, and the Bird Brains were a fine addition to the episode.
This isn't a favorite of mine. Sponge is somewhat out of character. But the episode is good. I liked it just fine. But I really prefer all of the rest of the Season 3 episodes more than this. Much to everyone's dismay.

Oh, I almost forgot the hint.

tbh this would only be 29 on my list.
32-SpongeGuard on Duty? (If so it would be the first I disagree with you on)
 
Party Pooper Pants is one of my least favorite pre movie episodes, but I find SpongeGuard on Duty to be hilarious, aside from Patrick's somewhat jerkish performance.

32. Spongeguard on Duty (I like this episode as well)
I hope Chocalate With Nuts and The Camping Episode make the top 5.

32-SpongeGuard on Duty
A good episode. It's really funny. Patrick was hilarious, and parts of the episode were very witty. Some parts are classic, like the "flying ice cream truck" bits and the butt cramps. And there are even obscure parts that are funny, such as "these good people." The only big problem in this episode is SpongeBob. He's a bit too twitchy. The plot was good, but the execution was pretty weenie. It never really entertained me to an extent, but it's still a good episode overall.
