I've kinda been searching for Cat horror movies, but haven't had any luck.

Should there, or Is there, anywhere on the inter web's where you can suggest ideas for monsters?

So far, my ideas have been, the ones you wouldn't expect like... butterflies and dolphins. Maybe we need cats. We have maybe two with dogs.

I don't know any places where you can suggest ideas. The best thing to do is keep Googleing for movies,it's for sure been done.

The dolphin idea was done by the Simpsons tree house of horror XI.

Theres that old film by Alfred Hitchcock the birds. Its about birds suddenly attacking people. Something people wouldn't expect

I knew about the birds for a loooong time.
 
Like i said there's that kids show/books goosebumps, it has dumb monsters and some lame stories, but it's kind of fun to watch. Might give you that unexpected monster you're looking for. But keep in mind it's rated pg and is from the 90's

There has to be more than just 3 horror cat movies
