Teletubbies reboot

This is pretty old news. May was around 4 months ago :P
when I came into this topic I was half expecting today's Yogscast video
 
Why do we need this? Do today's kids miss it or something? o.o

Anyway, we already have a ripoff beside the original show. It's called Boohbahs and it's even more cringeworthy.
 
I'll bet they'll make that sun 10 times as creepy as it originally was. And if they really do, I'm going to rally to remove Teletubbies from Nick Jr.- at least until the letters from angry parents start coming in Viacom's offices!

They better make the sun creepy or I'm not buying.
 
This is one of the worst shows of all time. I saw it when I was like 3 or 4 or 5 or something and I thought it was awful. I think watching the little bit of the show that I have has made me stupider than I would be otherwise.
 
It aired on CBeebies at the start of the year, I haven't seen it. But it looks very similar to the original
 
Was anyone here a really big fan of Teletubbies at the point of buying a whole packet of tapes as a kid? XD

It first aired in 1997. If you're 31 now, then you started watching Teletubbies at 12 years old?

Your parents must have been concerned by a 12 year old watching a show made for toddlers.
