Uh, hope this is okay - I couldn't find any other topics that answered my question.

I read somewhere that his birthdate was October 9th, 1977... is that right? Far as I understand, only SpongeBob has been given an actual canon DOB.. Can anyone better inform me? Any clue where that date for Squidward would pop up, or if he does actually have a canon birthday?

Sorry, I've been searching to confirm this either way, but haven't been able to.
 
As far as I know, Squidward's birthday has not been confirmed by the SpongeBob staff and such. It may be made up if a website tells you a certain answer.

I looked it up, and mulitple random websites say October 9, 1977. I don't know where this date came from, because I've yet to have seen it confirmed by any trustworthy source.
 
If it was from the SB wikia let me be the first of many people to tell you that they make up random DOB and info in general sometimes.

Oh that's really cool then. If some info is from merchandise (books and etc) then I can understand why people don't think it's canon. More people often incline to watch an episode than read info from books. But this is an annual, so it makes sense to be legit. Let's see Mr. Krabs' license for a second though.

11? Gasp it's correct. Yep, being a fan who loves merchandise info like myself I would consider it canon because it really is.
 
That's what I mean, I've found it in various websites - it's not mentioned on the SB wiki, btw; other places. I'm also wondering if maybe that's the b-date of the voice over? Or where that came from.

I don't see Squid as a Libra... Virgo fits him way better - even though I'm a libra, and that'd be cool.
 
I don't remember Squidward's birth date being mentioned anywhere in an episode. With regards to the UK annual, I wouldn't personally count it as canon. If the date was mentioned somewhere else as well as the annual, then maybe, but it's entirely possible that they just made it up.
 
I once recall Patrick's birthday being shown in an episode, but I was probably just seeing things. Also, the birthday for Squidward that you found was on the SpongeBob Wiki, until a new "fake birthdays" rule was made. Therefore, that date of birth is fake.

I didn't find that birthdates on the SB wiki. If it was ther, I've no idea.
 
Why can't his birthday be the same as his voice actor?
They already mentioned how Squidward uses a recumbent bike
like Rodger Bumpass.
