Should the characters start smoking weed/vaping in the newer SB episodes?

I just had this thought in my head: They should just stop with all the cameos of characters from older episodes and overexaggerated faces and instead have all the characters start smoking weed. We all know that Squidward smokes dope so why can't the other characters do that too? I think the show would be much funnier that way.
