Porous Freak
This episode always bothered me a little, and DadMom's recent status gave me an opportunity to talk about it:
"Mr. Krabs should have sued SpongeBob's Pretty Patty stand for profiting off a slightly modified version of the Krabby Patty without his permission."
Spongebob, if this logic is correct, would also be guilty of A) stealing from his boss, B) unsanitary work conditions, and C) health hazards.
Spongebob created, and sold, food that caused skin discoloration and other negative side effects among customers. He got off scot-free, while Mister Krabs was punished.
In theory, Spongebob should have been sued for theft, plagiarism, and unsanitary food stand conditions.
Your thoughts?
