Yay, it's in my birthday :D
It sounds very interesting, I'll follow that. I love cyberpunk, and I made quite a few stories myself of "technology goes wrong". I might post some of them in the forums.

Chapter 1- A Perfect World

"Proceeded to the front of the line," the airport terminal machine says.
I step up and am scanned by a multitude of machines. They check my height, weight, IQ, then reach inside my eye, yank it out and replace it with a bionic one.
"Next," the machine says tinnily.
A woman in line looks after her child. Her poor, struggling child.
"Mama, I-I-I-I-I-I- I don' wanna go. I'm not going. No no no." She grabs onto a pole and her mother has to drag her off of it.
"Wh-wh-wh-why-why do we haf'do do this???" she questions moaningly.
"Because we do. I'm sorry honey, but us being turned into cyborgs is the only way."
She screams and hangs onto the next pole they pass.
Officially I'm now a cyborg, but I feel no different.
A zimmer comes up to me.
"What's that ma'am?" it brainwaves across to me.
"I feel no different." I brainwave back.
"Well you can talk to me can't you?"
This was true. It came naturally to me now talking to machines because... I was one.
