Rare Spongebob plush from 2002?

So I looked at my Spongebob plush one day and decided to see if I could find a picture of it online. But to my surprise, I've found nothing! So I wanted to ask for some help: Can anyone identify this plush of Spongebob from 2002? (Sorry for poor quality.)

The plush has a red string that you can hold it by, and the shoes are made of a rubbery material with no light gray soles. His eyes have a light gray outline instead of black. The tag is completely worn now, but it used to have a copyright date of 2002 on it, and I believe it had the picture of Spongebob from the series logo on it too.

Is there a tag or label of something on that? Maybe there'll be a number or specific key word/phrase that'll be of use to you. Maybe it'll lead you to more details about the product.

UPDATE: The plush seems to have been from Universal.
