A few very Rare episodes I could think of are

Born Again Krabs, this episode is rarely on nick, in fact I forgot half of the scenes in the episode after rewatching it online

Have You Seen This Snail- Very rare, only airs around veterans day

Valentines Day- I'll give it leeway because its holiday related

Gift of Gum- When its sister episode airs, its usually after a movie or special show, only to fill up for commercials, this however rarely gets paired up with its sister episode

Party Pooper Pants and Ugh- I haven't seen these episodes in years, this has only aired about three to five times on nick and these episodes came out 14 years ago!

Professor Squidward- Even though post-movie gets the most screen time this, I haven't seen in about 3 years
 
The Paper is also rare on television, but not on the internet.
 
I've only seen Party Pooter Pants on the actual tv once in my life.

Christmas Who?: Same reason as Valentine's Day
 
I actually randomly saw Born Again Krabs on TV and I pretty much never watch SpongeBob reruns on Nick.
 
I haven't seen That's No Lady in a long time. Maybe that's why nobody talks about it? I've never seen I Was a Teenage Gary, either. That's a pretty rare one I think.
 
I haven't seen Valentine's Day and The Paper in years on Nick. Luckily, I have those downloaded on my phone so I can watch them anytime.
 
I've seen every single episode from seasons 1-6 during their initial run at least twice on TV (with some exceptions like Christmas Who?, Atlantis SquarePantis and some episodes from season 6). None of the episodes you listed are rare in Italy for some reason, especially The Gift of Gum
 
The Sponge Who Could Fly
Almost all the specials are rare
especially Friend or Foe
 
The Sponge Who Could Fly is a favorite of mine; haven't seen it on Nick since like 2006 though.
 
I have Born Again Krabs on a DVR recording. I think it's from Nicktoons, though. Ditto Party Pooper Pants and Ugh (aired in October).
 
For a while, a lot of episodes in Season 1 were rarely shown, along with Party Pooper Pants and Christmas Who.
 
Le Big Switch also rarely airs
 
Yeah, Have You Seen This Snail? is impossibly rare.

Also, I haven't seen Party Pooper Pants in like, 3 years, maybe. I don't really remember the last time I watched that. No wonder Nickelodeon doesn't like to air our favorite episodes mostly. Maybe they are doing it on purpose so that people would forget all about the episodes in the first place.

No wonder they have to trick us like that. Like, sometimes, on the TV guide, It says "random episode", but on the real tv screen, it shows a different episode. Nickelodeon seriously needs to stop doing this to us.
