Chapter 1-
At the Krusty Krab, a Krabby Patty mysteriously 'walks' out of the Krusty Krab. However, Mr. Krabs stops it, and pulls Plankton out of it. He puts Plankton onto a plate, and throws it back to the chum bucket like a frisbee. SpongeBob has never heard of Plankton before, and Mr. Krabs explains to him who he is and stuff. That night, Plankton tries to befriend SpongeBob, and fails. He thinks of a better plan, and tries it out that night. He goes inside SpongeBob and uses a mind-controlling device. He makes SpongeBob grab a Krabby Patty and goes to the Chum Bucket. He shows the 'analact', a machine that can describe the ingredients of anything put in it. He demonstrates by dropping a piece of seaweed into it. It crackles a bit, then says "Seaweed. 50% Sea, 50% weed". SpongeBob tricks Plankton into jumping into the analact and it says "Plankton. 1% evil, 99% hot gas". Plankton is stuck in the machine, and can't get out, Plankton becomes a magician in Culture Shock, where he steals a Krabby Patty (Mr. Krabs stops him though). SpongeBob finally catches the Krabby Patty, which is actually Plankton. Plankton walks off looking really sad, and SpongeBob befriends him. Then a police fish makes SpongeBob 'Rookie of the day', then everyone sings 'For he's a jolly good rookie' (lyrics above). SpongeBob invites Plankton to jellyfish with him, and realising the advantages, Plankton goes. SpongeBob warns Plankton to "watch out for the stingers". As soon as he says this, Plankton imagines himself controlling a giant jellyfish shooting laser-like electricity everywhere. Plankton doesn't know what fun is, so Spongebob sings the F.U.N. song. Plankton makes up a version of his own, and then they both sing the F.U.N. song 2. Mr. Krabs finds out what's happening, and sets a trap, which is extremely obvious that it is a trap. They go to the cinema together, and Mr. Krabs shouts "reach into his pockets and see what he's got!". Everyone reaches into each other's pockets and finds money. SpongeBob reaches into Plankton's pocket and finds a Krabby Patty. SpongeBob realises that Plankton used him to get a Krabby Patty, and Plankton runs off with it. However, he does not know that behind the cinema screen is a concrete wall. So he gets squashed really badly. Mr. Krabs flicks him off the wall onto Bubble Bass's hand. Unfortunately, he mistakes Plankton for a jellybean and chases him around his hand. It's Valentine's Day, and SpongeBob is giving out Valentine's Day cards. He even gives one to Plankton, which is delivered with the help of tweezers. At Goo Lagoon, Plankton is devising another diabolical scheme. He is planning to turn the beach into the future site of a mega-sized Chum Bucket. However, he needs everyone to get off the beach. No-one listens to him, and accidentally stomp all over him. Plankton decides to trick SpongeBob into making everyone go off the beach. He does this, but then SpongeBob realises that he was being used and gets everyone to come back. A robotic fish designed to look like an ordinary customer walks into the Krusty Krab. It is a disguise used by Plankton to try and find out the Krabby Patty. But he doesn't ask for a Krabby Patty. He tells SpongeBob that he will win $1,000,000 if he tells him the Krabby Patty secret formula. He says that it can only be discussed with Mr. Krabs in public. Later, Plankton's robotic Mr. Krabs tells Squidward he can have the day off and tries to make SpongeBob tell him the secret formula. However, the real Mr. Krabs keeps on coming into the room they are in, so he has to hide and he emerges again when the real Mr. Krabs leaves. He throws a penny out the window and the real Mr. Krabs chases it. Now he has to do the golden handshake, which takes around 7 hours to do. SpongeBob is about to give him a bottle with the recipe inside, until the real Mr. Krabs comes in. SpongeBob gives them both a quiz about the Krusty Krab, and the robotic one somehow knows all the answers. SpongeBob presumes that the robotic Mr. Krabs is the real one, until he finds out that he's fake. He gives the fake one a penny (He puts in a slot), which activates the self-destruct sequence!. Mr. Krabs tells SpongeBob that he's going to play a card game. He's going to play against Plankton. SpongeBob is surprised when he hears this, and asks why he'd play against such an evil person. Mr. Krabs explains that Plankton's the worst card-player ever, and he's been winning every week for the last 15 years. In the morning, he tells SpongeBob that he lost, and he betted SpongeBob's contract. SpongeBob is forced to work for Plankton, and Plankton tells him to make a Krabby Patty. SpongeBob doesn't want to, and Plankton 'bribes' him. In the end, SpongeBob's got everything he wanted. He still refuses to make a Krabby Patty. So he takes out his brain and implants it in a robot. The robot also refuses to make a Krabby Patty, so Plankton restores SpongeBob back to normal and gives him back to Mr. Krabs. SpongeBob is representing Mr. Krabs, while Patrick is representing Plankton (This is a big surprise). After lots of competitions, SpongeBob and Patrick decide to stop competing against one another. Plankton is inside a capsule that is inside the ketchup, and doesn't expect this. He shoots through the pole, through a wall, and hits the ground. Mr. Krabs throws him back to the Chum Bucket, and he tries to think of a new plan. He uses a machine to swap lives with Mr. Krabs, so he wakes up in his desk. There is a business card saying 'Mr. Plankton', and there is a photo of him with Pearl. He only cares about the Krabby Patties, and neglects everyone else. SpongeBob is promoted to the go-cashier, where he lets the restaurant down. Squidward is at the grill and makes horrible trash-filled burgers, while Pearl only gets $1 a week for pocket money. Mr. Krabs shoots in, and tries to steal a Krabby Patty (remember that he swapped lives with Plankton). Plankton is so confused that he goes back to his own life. In Krusty Krab Traning Video he goes on a radioactive spider with a krabby patty but he fails. Plankton attempts to steal a Krabby Patty. He is then caught and flushed down the toilet by Mr. Krabs. He returns to the Chum Bucket, sulking to his computer wife Karen about his failures. She then suggests to hire an army to help him. He first trys a bar, but the tough guys beat him up. He then realizes he could call his entire family to help. He messages them all to come to the Chum Bucket. Thinking they will all be evil geniuses, he finds out they are all hillbillies; saying "I've been away from home longer that I thought." He then gets them to agree to his plan in exchange for Root Beer. They then attack the Krusty Krab, tying up Mr. Krabs and Squidward in a toilet (SpongeBob is cleaning the bathrooms, totally unaware of the crisis). The Planktons open the safe containing the Krabby Patty secret recipe. Before Plankton reads the recipe, Mr. Krabs pleads him not to read it, saying "There are secrets not meant for mortal eyes!". Plankton reads it anyway. The ingredients turn out to be:

No. 4 causes Plankton to panic, running away. The other Planktons read it and run (execpt for one, saying he can't read). Plankton gets tangled in the kelp and SpongeBob takes him out and says " Even Plankton needs some help

Then, in the Chum Bucket, Plankton reveals that it's all part of his plan. To get Mr. Krabs to open his resturant for 24 hours and getting SpongeBob tired and tell Plankton the secret formula. Later, in the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob is enjoying his work making Krabby Patties, but kind of likes it too much. Squidward think SpongeBob's not normal. Then, Plankton notices that SpongeBob's not getting tired, so he decides to call the Krusty Krab placing an order of over 10,000 Krabby Patties for the name "Peter Lankton". When SpongeBob recieves the order he is happy at first. Then, over 30 days pass and Mr. Krabs, Squidward, and SpongeBob are starting to look ugly from non-sleep. SpongeBob doen't have any energy to make Krabby Patties. Then, he starts seeing everyone as giant Krabby Patties. SpongeBob is now starting to think all Krabby Patties are killer Krabby Patties. Then, SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs recieve a flyer for "Dr. Peter Lankton (Plankton). Krabby Patty Phsyciatrist". SpongeBob thinks he needs to go there to get killer Krabby Patties off his mind. He enters the place (which is actually the Chum Bucket in discise). He meets Plankton there who is discised as a phyciatrist. SpongeBob lays on the bed. He tells Plankton about what his problem is. Plankton tells him that they are going to do some excersizes. First, Plankton says something and SpongeBob is suppost to say what first word that comes in his mind. SpongeBob says the same words Plankton says, Plankton tells him that he has to say something different than what he says. Plankton says "Potato" SpongeBob says "Po-to-to" "Tomato" "To-mo-to". Then, they move onto the next excersize. Plankton tells SpongeBob to close his eyes and think of Krabby Patties. Planktons asks him "What are they made out of?" SpongeBob answers, "Hatred". He freaks out and crushes Planktons with a piano". Next excersize: SpongeBob must put a bunch a cards (that have common kitchen ingredients on them) together in any order he chooses. For example: a secret formula. SpongeBob arranges the pieces into the shape of a piano, it crushes Plankton. Later, Plankton decides to use hypnoses. The trick is to make SpongeBob fall to sleep and when Plankton snaps his fingers, he wakes up and tells him the formula. SpongeBob falls to sleep, but when Plankton snaps his fingers, he doesn't wake up. In SpongeBob's dream, he is jellyfishing when a giant Krabby Patty eats him. Then, he's in bed when a giant Krabby Patty enters the room. The Krabby Patty gives SpongeBob a cookie pizza and chocolate milk. He turns out to friendly. SpongeBob wakes up and says he's cured, meaning Plankton's plan is failed. When Plankton slips and falls on some water at the Krusty Krab, he sues Mr. Krabs for failing to post a wet floor sign. If Plankton wins the case, he will be awarded everything that Krabs' owns, including the secret recipe formula. Only one man can defend Krabs, SpongeBob LawyerPants. Plankton pretends to love Mama Krabs to steal the fourmula but Krabs does not like it. Plankton later appereas in: Plankton on tv, Plankton to the end, In Battle For Bikini Bottom you must Defend Bikini Bottom from an invasion of robots created by Plankton, who has lost control of them. The playable characters are Spongebob, Patrick, and Sandy. Plankton later appers in: Lights, Camera, Pants!
Eventually, in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, Plankton executes Evil Plan Z, wherein he steals the crown of King Neptune, delivers it to Shell City (an aquatic-themed gift shop), and frames it on Mr. Krabs, whom Neptune freezes. While Krabs is frozen, Plankton successfully steals the formula and begins producing Krabby Patties, giving free bucket helmets away with each one. The helmets are, in fact, mind-control devices which Plankton uses to make the citizens bend to his will and change Bikini Bottom to suit his image. Unfortunately for Plankton, SpongeBob and Patrick manage to retrieve the crown and bring it back to Neptune. The film ends with Plankton being arrested.
