Since there's already a thread for Cartoon Network shows with changed reputations, let's do the same with Nick.

For example ChalkZone was pretty despised when it first came on, but now it's more of a cult classic.

Anyone know of any others?

SpongeBob extremely benefited Nickelodeon yet inadvertently ruined it at the same time. So yeah.

FOP has a lot

Season 6 used to be the worst season but with seasons like S9 and S10, it's considered one of the last good ones

Fairly OddBaby used to be the worst episode

FOP used to be really well-loved back during the 2000s, but the new episodes are hated.

There was so much post-movie SpongeBob hate talk back in 2013 and 2014, but it toned down recently.

Doug has gotten a boring appeal for some

I agree on them all. Doug was just plain meh, FOP was good at first (second fav at the time, behind SpongeBob), but now it's just filler, ChalkZone was defintely overrated, and ICarly was just......no.

CatDog used to be poorly recieved back in the late 90s-early 2000s, but some have gotten a nostalgic attetchment to it recently. I mean, it is one of the most advertised shows on The Splat. Then again, there are those who still hate it.

yes it is
Actually it's just your opinion on it. We're talking about how the general public's opinion on shows have changed.

Ren and Stimpy used to be just one of those average liked Nicktoons, but now so many people love the show.

The show above itself was considered the most disturbing show on the network until stuff like The Splinter from SpongeBob came out

I don't see what people find disturbing about that episode. When you think about it, the toenail scene from House Fancy was bad because of how close up it was on screen. The Splinter hardly has any close ups like that, the beginning closeup wasn't that disturbing. Maybe the end, though, but it isn't really that disturbing. But, hey. That's just my opinion on The Splinter.

I agree, people find it seriously disgusting but I think it wasn't that gross and disturbing

Doug was well liked back in it's day however now it's sort of a love it or hate it kind of thing where some people like like due to nostalgia and the other half hate it due to it being band, boring and cliche.

Fanboy and Chum Chum used to be the worst show on the network
