I found this interview, Craig Bartlett said him and Nickelodeon are currently trying to find a way to reboot Hey Arnold. He also said he will also have more news and it's 'going great'.

If a Hey Arnold reboot ever comes, maybe they will do a crossover with Sky Rat.

No, It doesn't need a reboot. Because it just feels like Nick is just being unoriginal

With the Nickelodeon network today, I honestly don't want this. Hey Arnold was my childhood, and it was great, but a reboot shouldn't happen. Nickelodeon will change it to appeal to the new generation, like they've done with every show and even with the new SpongeBob movie, and I'm afraid they're gonna have too much control over it. Yeah, I'm afraid they're gonna try to put in fart jokes and gross out humor which never was Hey Arnold's style. If this happens it's probably gonna be the Teen Titans Go of Nickelodeon.
 
It may save Nickelodeon, but on the down side, the scary logo will come up again and be like, "SNEEEE OOOOSH!" I remember being scared like Plankton in OCM.
