Former Nickelodeon star Drake Bell made headlines earlier this week for his pointed critique of Justin Bieber, and now he’s popped up on our radar again. This time, however, it’s for a less contentious topic than whether or not Justin is talented.
The 27-year-old actor recently reunited with his TV step-brother, Josh Peck. The two posed for a snapshot with Drake teasing a future Drake & Josh reunion. “We are BACK!!! Who is ready for the new movie?!!! #drake&josh #drakeandjosh,” he tweeted January 17.
Um, us! We’re ready! Drake & Josh was one of our go-to entertainment staples back in the day so we’re all for a reboot of the show starring Drake, Josh, and grown-up Miranda Cosgrove (remember, she played annoying little sister Megan). After the likes of Drake & Josh Go Hollywood, Really Big Shrimp, and Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh, we can only imagine the wonders a fourth installment would hold.
Something else amazing about this tweet is that photo and the startling transformation Josh has undergone. The now 27-year-old actor long ago lost the baby fat and cuts a dashing figure beside his heartbreaker of a co-star.
Both have been keeping busy since the Nick series ended in 2007. You may have spotted the svelte Josh in The Mindy Project as Ray Ron and heard Drake in his narration for animated series likePhineas and Ferb and Ultimate Spider-Man (he’s Spidey!).
Will watch.

D&J is my ABSOLUTE favorite kid's sitcom ever and I still watch it daily usually. I don't know, the Christmas special felt like it was too many years off already. I don't know how I feel about this.. As long as it's good is all I can say.

As crazy as it is for them to bring it back... I'll definitely watch.. and it will probably be pretty good. The Christmas movie was kinda weird.. but it was still good so maybe they can pull it off again

Seems weird considering the show has been over for years and the characters are so old now. Then again, Drake Bell does those live-action Fairly OddParents movies.

Hmm. Have you seen Josh Peck and how he talks these days? I don't know if I could see him as being the Josh of the show. It would be weird

They're going to pull this off after years.
I wonder how it will turn out.

Wow, this is really something to see. A popular live-action show that ended years ago... getting its own movie? I'm watching this, because I loved the show, and I'm looking forward to this.
