Here's what I've found on the Internet. I saw a lot of lists and I will get the results.

This game is hated more because it is the oddball of the series, less because it actually is bad. The story was meh, graphics were fairly bad, and the minigames were OK. This game is more like a big mission to complete mini-games then it is actually a Mario Party. This one and #10 lost by a landslide. Be back in a bit.
