Meko's thread about Spongebob doesn't need a license made me wondering of Bikini Bottom map. Is there any official map Spongebob's world? I guess there isn't but maybe there are some fan-maps that make sense or something.

sometimes the krusty krab is on the left of spongebob's house (like in krusty towers) and sometimes it's on the right of patrick's house

sometimes the krusty krab is a drive away (like in driven to tears) and sometimes it's right next to their house. bikini bottom is really inconsistent

i think the canon place for the krusty krab specifically is on the right of Patrick's house, down town bikini bottom is on the right of the krusty krab (as shown in F.U.N when plankton runs away with the patty and the next shot shows sb in downtown bikini bottom)the treedome is somewhere idk

Yeah I did notice it is sometimes closer to Patrick's house and sometimes to Spongebob's. That's why I thought there would not be an official map for the show because of this inconsistent but maybe there is something. But it do seem like there isn't at all :(
I would say that the canon one is Help Wanted since it is the first episode but I don't remember if we saw Spongebob walking to the Krusty Krabs and which way it was

he did walk to the krusty krab in help wanted, it was on the left of patrick's house
 
In my opinion, Sponge Out of Water has the definitive map of Bikini Bottom (or at least the most convincing one)...

It is more canon and makes more sense and if I am not mistaken the Krasty Krabs is there 90% of the times.

tho in help wanted, spongebob walks to the krusty krab from the direction of the chum bucket
 
the episodes where he goes to the krusty krab from the left of his house are ''can you spare a dime'' ''Squid's day off'' ''Just One Bite'' ''sailor mouth'' ''bummer vacation'' ''Employee of the Month'' ''krusty towers'' ''the spongebob squarepants movie''

but most of the time he goes from the right of his house to the krusty krab

In almost every episode it's the right of his house. They occasionally have spongebob go the other way for a quick gag, like in Bummer Vacation.

I think, just like there isn't story continuity, there isn't geographic continuity either. I do like the maps from some games, like BFBB.

I don't have it anymore :-/

Gave it a google but most results were for Rehydrated, which I still need to play! Looks just as cool.
