Recently I was looking at SpongeBob memes and I found this meme about a Bootleg Squidward College and i tried looking for evidence but i can't find anything

I wouldn't really call it lost media because it never actually existed; I'm sure that the original image was just photoshopped. Of course, the photo went viral, and over the years the joke evolved enough to the point where there's even a whole website (more than one, actually) for the fake college. But it was never real.
