In this CB post from 2012, it says Kaz is an executive producer of Blake and the Aliens (now re-named Get Blake).

Get Blake is set to start on Nick this year. But if Kaz is an executive producer of this, will he still be returning to SpongeBob?

Well, just like how Doug can do both Mighty Magiswords and SpongeBob at the same time, Kaz can do both SpongeBob and this show at the same time.

Plus, that's old news. What if he doesn't work on that show anymore? The possibilities are endless.

Edited to add: Vincent Waller confirmed as recently as May 9th that Kaz is writing for SpongeBob. I doubt he would be executive producer of Get Blake at the same time, and I don't see his name in this clip of Get Blake's end credits.
