I think it depends on what the crime was. Why? Well, what if your girl/guy did something terrible like cold, bloody murder for instance? If it was that, I'd pass on spending 90 days in the slammer. Now if you think your girl/guy either got punished too severely for their actions, was wrongfully accused, insert any minor thing here, etc., then yeah! Serve 90 days in jail because your significant other doesn't deserve 16 years behind bars.

Anyway, it depends on what it's for. If it was for murder or assault or something like that, I imagine I'd just want to cut ties with that person. If it was for something that isn't nearly as bad, like drug use or tax evasion, duh, of course I would.

I don't even HAVE a boyfriend. But if I do, then it really depends on the crime. If he did anything REALLY horrible, then I would have to say no to serving 90 days. If they only did a minor violation, then I guess....
