I actually like this character. When I was 9, I gave her a name, "Flare." I know she shows up for only a few seconds, but her face and voice are hilarious (look at her face reading SB's essay like it's some kind of legal document.) Her voice sounds like a high-pitched Bubble Bass, and they have the same voice actor (David Humphrey Dee Bradley Baker.)
