Personally, my favorite villain is Plankton. Honestly, compared to Disney, Nickelodeon's villains aren't as good. Most are just used for jokes or are plain stupid. So, here's a challenge. Pick your favorite animated Nickelodeon villain. It HAS to be from a Nicktoon though!

Firelord Ozai. For being unambiguously one of the most genuinely evil villains I've ever seen in fiction.

I mean.... the guy tried to conquer all of the world's nations AND he burned his son's face off. You can't get much more evil than that.

My top 2 are Plankton and Vlad. Though if I had to choose one, it's Vlad. Plankton is a good joke villain, though Vlad definitely shines when it comes to being truly evil.
 
ZIM, or Dib, uh it never really said which was which as in a good vs evil considering the main person is ZIM, so IDK I'm just going with Vlad here, Ozai's a close runner up, at least until I can figure out the whole ZIM thing. :p
