Episodes Spongebob appears in the least?

Just something that strikes my curiosity, in some episodes he's in basically every scene, in others he's practically a background character, though I can't think of an episode where he's completely absent from the plot. I was wondering just how little the sponge appears in some episodes, both time-wise and percentage-wise. Anyone have any idea what the episodes with the least amount of sponge are?
Off the top of my head, both Rise and Shine and The Bad Guy Club For Villains don't have very much Spongebob at all (less than 25% of the episodes, for sure, though I haven't done the math) but I'm sure there's a lot more.

He plays a surprisingly minor part in "Band Geeks," which makes sense as Squidward is the main character of that episode.

Rise and Shine only has him speak one line, but that's a short. Friend or Foe is probably the least amount of time he's been in a special though.
