Christmas Who? or It's A Spongebob Christmas?

My pick will be, and always will be, Christmas Who?

Both are fantastic and hold special places in my heart, but I prefer Christmas Who?. I like the story more, and it just seems to have a bit more heart put into it. Plus, the ending where Squidward dresses as Santa is one of the nicest, most heart-warming moments of the show.

Christmas Who? was funnier and just straight out more festive and sweeter but IASBC's song was better and it was also fairly good. I prefer CW? though.

Both are amazing for different reasons. CW like I said in the episode discussion area, has a lot of soul and caring moments in it. It's a SpongeBob Christmas is more aimed towards the action packed adventure scheme of Plankton and the occasional laughs. Plus it has amazing claymation animation that no other episode has done completely. I can't choose either because they are both so unique in music, settings and story lines.

I'm a bit neutral. Christmas Who? was more nostalgic and more memorable. It's a SpongeBob Christmas was a bit more light-hearted and higher energy in my opinion and the songs were better. Both seemed equally as funny and are overall amazing Christmas specials. So I'm not gonna prefer one over the other. Both are amazing to me.

IASBC! was a bit rushed tho. CW? is the clear winner for me, IASBC! was also enjoyable.

I agree with you. They can hardly be compared because they're so different from each other, The style of animation, etc. They both are fantastic and have very catchy songs, so they're equally amazing to me as well.

Christmas Who felt a bit more original. IASBC while was good, it also felt like a cliche christmas special to me.

Christmas Who? by a small margin, but it's so close that I can't bring myself to vote for it over IASBC! in a poll. IASBC! is one of the best SpongeBob episodes in recent years; the stop-motion animation is outstanding, the songs are top notch (I never found the song in Christmas Who? to be particularly special) and the story is funny and original. But Christmas Who? wins because it has more heart. The scene where Squidward pretends to be Santa is one of my all-time favourite cute moments and it's adorable in general to see SpongeBob anticipate and finally experience a visit from "Santa" for the first time.
