Which is the best/worst time SpongeBob got fired?

Personally, I gotta go with Squid on Strike as the best. And even though SpongeBob, You're Fired is an entire special extended-length episode solely dedicated to him being fired, I think I gotta go with it as the worst. They're all great episodes, though and I recommend everyone watch them! :)

Also, I know he wasn't technically fired in Model Sponge, but it still counts since he thought he was.
 
For once my thoughts on something are the same as yours, as I think "Squid on Strike" is the best episode of the four and "Spongebob, You're Fired" is by far the worst.
 
Karate Choppers was the best, it added to an extremely funny episode.
I think Model Sponge is the worst, though I haven't seen that episode in a while.
sb's crying is sexy af though
 
I'm going to say 'SpongeBob, You're Fired' was the best time he was fired because (as I love that episode) I really like when SpongeBob goes to find a new job at three different restaurants, and I thought it was a great episode overall.
I'm going to say 'Model Sponge' was the worst time he was fired because although I liked when SpongeBob thought he was going to be a TV star, he wasn't really "fired", he technically resigned, assuming he was "the little guy" who Mr. Krabs was going to "let go" of.
 
Best: Squid on Strike
Worst: SpongeBob, You're Fired, they extend the scene to eternity and it was really annoying (It doesn't help that the episode was awful to boot)

Same with As Seen on TV, so I wouldn't really count Model Sponge.
 
Best: Karate Choppers, because of that face he made.
Worst: SpongeBob You're Fired, because the crying was too long, and the episode was pretty bad(I'm trying to have it be more my opinion, and less you know who)

But in As Seen on TV, he voluntarily quit because he was excited about possibly becoming a star. In Model Sponge, he reluctantly quits because he assumes he'll be fired anyway and is upset about it. So, I think Model Sponge is similar enough in plot to be included.
 
Squid on Strike was the best. That transition from "YEEAAAAHHH" to "NOHOHOHO" is one of the funniest moments in the show. Spongebob, You're Fired was the worst, obviously.
 
"Squid on Strike", obviously. Went with "Model Sponge" as the worst, although I like that face he made there.
 
Best: Squid on Strike, I LOVED the Pick It sign joke.
Worst: Spongebob, You're Fired. I don't hate that episode, though.
 
Best: Squid on Strike
Worst: SpongeBob, You're Fired! The faces SpongeBob made when he cried in Model Sponge like :sbo_o: are very funny. That's why I don't hate this episode, but it is still a meh episode.
 
Best: Karate Choppers (only properly good episode here)
Worst: Squid On Strike (politics is not the only reason for me hating this)
