About International SpongeBob dubs

I still don’t get why in many international dubs (except the Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese dubs), Seasons 1 - 3 (except Big Pink Loser and Bubble Buddy) as well as The Lost Mattress, Krabs vs. Plankton, Enemy In-Law and Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy VI: The Motion Picture were produced only with the PAL format in mind and at normal pitch, so when converted to NTSC, they end up being in low pitch
 
Especially the French dub, which seems to be affected by this, knowing the French dub is produced in France
 
If the studio that produces the SpongeBob French dub knew they were also gonna air it in French Canada, they should have produced the dub in NTSC since the beginning and then later on convert it to PAL for the European French territories in Europe, and then air the NTSC copies in French Canada

Just so that way, the pitch isn’t affected when converted in NTSC
