Deadline has reported that during the SpongeBob SquarePants panel at New York Comic Con today, Nickelodeon confirmed that The Patrick Star Show has been renewed for a 13-episode fifth season. Also during the panel, sneak peeks of upcoming episodes titled "Thanks But No Thanksgiving" and "Squidina's Holidaze Special" were shown.

I'm glad that TPSS gets more seasons (which is really just the original version of season 3 split in half) but I hope it ends soon, I don't think it should go on forever like normal SpongeBob.
