Okay ngl this episode was much better than I expected. When I saw Mr. Lawrence wrote it I thought it would be an unpolished mess just like SpongeChovy and Don't Make Me Laugh, but no. This one was funny, had a proper story and pacing better than in the average S14 episode. Probably my second favorite S14 episode not too far behind BassWard.

great episode, some of the stuff that happened like susie groove, the ray ray ray and bubble bass and his mom being the top tanglers were hilarious. This episode's ridiculousness is what makes it great, alongside the constant spew of jokes.

That’s because Tom Kenny is getting old. It sounds deeper than it was in season 1.

Season 1 has a youthful type of deepness. Current SpongeBob has a slightly raspy older tone.

Yeah honestly it makes sense, Tom Kenny has been voicing SpongeBob since 1999 now, that's 25 years.

Very good! I think episodes like this one and its sister episode are capturing an old-school SB feel. It places a unique mix of characters with a new character that is a stereotypical dance instructor. I liked it. 8/10

They would never have that sort of mild language in SpongeBob SquarePants, although I can confirm that what you think he said, which isn't what he said, is what the captions say, and the captions have frequent errors.
