I'm not the biggest fan of TPSS but it does have good moments here and there. This isn't one of them. Patrick's design with all the machines inside him was really ugly to look at. It was kind of like how Squidward looked with SB and Pat inside him in Snooze You Lose, which was also a little grotesque to look at. The concept itself is ridiculous but that's to be expected from this show. 3/10
