I watched it yesterday too and that was also similar for me to an episode from the original show and this time it was Narute Pants because Spongebob wants to live in nature just like the jellyfish and Patrick tries to hunt him.
I have to say that just like Nature Pants being one of my least favorite pre movie episodes(I still like it but the rest are just better), this one is also like that. I didn't like this episode at all, it was very boring for me.
