Description: A special day in Bikini Bottom where the balloon seller gives away a free balloon. When Patrick wants a balloon, but has no money, they get the idea of just stealing one when the balloon seller isn't looking. After they successfully steal one, the balloon pops. Both of them start panicking and start to act like 'runaways'. After a while, they go to the Police Station and turn themselves in. The policemen throw SpongeBob and Patrick in jail but, immediately, open the jail cell back up. Both SpongeBob and Patrick are confused until they are told it was free balloon day.
