To me it's when Spongebob Ignores Gary when He's in Trouble in "A Pal For Gary"
Yeah, that was a real low point for Eugene. Those kids weren't any better, though. Even as a kid, I thought they were friggin' sadists. >_<crushingmayhem said:The part where Spongebob tortures himself for the children's entertainment in Krabby Land. It really showed how far Mr. Krabs' greed can go.
I agree with you. The ending of Gone is my least favorite scene too. It's just so cold and callous, I couldn't believe what I was watching, it literally made me feel sick to my stomach. The toenail scene is revolting, but it didn't have much of an effect on me, to be honest. It's easy to ignore and pretend it doesn't exist, and I've seen grosser. The ending of Gone was just a HUGE slap in the face and I still feel sick when I think about it.SBManiac!!!!!! said:Toenails and splinters aside, the worst scene in SpongeBob for me would be that flippin' ending of Gone. I don't care if it is a decent parody of fans' hatred of the sponge now, Nards, it's still terribly mean-spirited and totally inconsiderate of all the good things SpongeBob's done in the past. (Honestly, if they go through all that effort to go to the middle of nowhere to build giant effigies of SB and burn them, why don't they just kill the guy? It's implied in that episode that nobody really likes him, not even his best friends, so why would the police give a ::dolphin noise:: if they did away with SB altogether? Sad thing is, there are probably "fans" out there who would enjoy seeing that happen. <_<)
