....Wow. Lately, the plots have been getting really wacky and farfetched.

And it's awesome. These sound like some good episodes, and I'm glad the writers are starting to take an interest in Sandy again (that's what it seems like, at least). I look forward to the episodes, but I lean towards InSpongeniac. Sounds like it'll be fun.

This is still season 8, raisin. I think after this there are about 9 half hour episodes left to premiere for this season. There were 25 episodes for Season 7 so I guess it's the same for season 8 as well. :)
I agree those episode plots sound really awesome! Can't wait for the 16th!

The plots sound a little weird, but still good. I'm looking forward to the 2nd one before (although I've seen that idea before. :P)

I am so excited! But if there is Jellyfishing involved, Patrick should be there.

What is the first season 9 episode????
It doesn't exist. Well, it exists, as in, it has been written, but it hasn't aired yet. We're still in Season 8.
Also, on another note, I'm kinda worried for Season 8. Throughout the whole series, it hasn't been particularly adventurous; the most adventurous episode would probably be Atlantis Squarepantis or Dunces And Dragons. The series, while cartoony and very wacky, generally (even in Post-Movie episodes) have had relatable plots. Pre-Movie was really made of this; episodes like Procrastination, Boating School, Party Pooper Pants, and so on have you going through the episode muttering to yourself, "Dang, that happens to me so often.."

Post Movie does it too: Drive Thru deals with what it says,* House Fancy deals with redecorating your house, something many people have done before; and Have You Seen This Snail deals with losing a pet. But, now,(especially with Season 8) the plots are becoming more.... "Kid Comedy Show-ish" than the relatable plots we used to get. Episodes like A Squarepants Family Vacation start out relatable, but then turn into a weird "Over the river and-ROAD- through the- ROAD- woods to grandmother's-ROAD- house we go!" lost in a demented wood adventure. These new episode synopsises aren't helping.

Now, these not so relatable plots aren't bad; just different (like Season 4). Which is why I lead toward InSpongeiac; it sounds like a plot that you can relate to; trying to stay awake? Having trouble falling asleep? Almost everyone has had those problems. I wonder who "Planet Of The Jellyfish"'ll be written by. I call Casey Alexander and Zeus Cervas and some other weirdo guy..

*An interesting note: Drive Thru was written by the same team that wrote Dear Vikings. :nono: What the heck, Aaron Springer and Dani Michaeli. What the heck.

Doesn't look like these episodes are gonna be airing this month. The iCarly special with Michelle Obama is supposed to be on tomorrow at 7:30.

They are airing this month.
Trouble is this

Oral Report/A friendly Game

They haven't premiered here yet

On Spongepedia it says InSPONGEiac is about a mustard dispenser. No joke!

I have seen the InSPONGEiac on the Spongepedia and I believe it's on the Wikia for SB too. Before I heard about the real information, I thought it would be about what the Wikia and Spongepedia said. >_<

Like dude. This show has been getting weirder by the minute. I just cant believe how much it has changed. I wish we could go back to the old show.

according to tvguide, Planet of the Jellyfish premieres March 31st @ 10 AM!!!
